1. Booking & Payment Policy

1. All site tours must be booked in advance.
2. Full payment is required to confirm your slot.
3. Bookings close 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
4. Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Payment confirmation secures your participation.

2. Tour Packages & Fees

• Group Tour: ₦30,000 per person
• Private Tour: ₦50,000 per person

Fees cover:

• Transportation to and from designated pickup points
• Guided inspection of the plantation
• Investment briefing session
• Light refreshments

3. Pickup & Transportation

Cocovest provides structured transportation to ensure safety and coordination.

Official Pickup Locations:

• 1 Tairu Olugbani Street, Oregun, Lagos State
• Badagry Roundabout

All participants boarding from Lagos will travel via:

1. Chartered bus transport to Badagry
2. Approved local boat transport to the island site

Participants must arrive at pickup points at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrival may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.

4. Safety Commitment

Cocovest maintains strict adherence to safety standards throughout all tour operations. This includes:

• Use of registered and vetted transport providers
• Mandatory life jackets during boat transit
• Pre-tour safety briefing before departure
• Controlled boarding and disembarkation procedures
• On-ground tour supervision

All participants must comply with safety instructions given by cocovest representatives and transport operators.

Failure to comply with safety rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

While cocovest prioritizes safety and works with approved transport operators, participants acknowledge that travel by road and boat involves inherent risks. By booking a tour, participants agree to assume personal responsibility for their conduct and adherence to safety guidelines.

6. Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• In the event cocovest cancels a tour due to weather, logistics, or safety concerns, participants may reschedule or request a refund.

7. Conduct During Tour

Participants are expected to:

• Respect staff and fellow investors
• Follow site safety instructions
• Avoid restricted areas
• Refrain from disruptive behavior

Cocovest reserves the right to deny access to any individual whose behavior compromises safety or order.

8. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during tours for documentation and marketing purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in media materials must notify cocovest in writing before the tour date.
